Sango Radish with Prawns


Our hot pink radish marries well with all fish dishes.

This colourful combination is a real party starter.


1 pack Aconbury Sango Radish Sprouts

1 charentais melon

200g prawns, fresh or frozen

A few king prawns for garnish

Marie Rose sauce to serve


Halve the melon and scoop out the flesh with a melon ball spoon.  Gently mix with the Sango Radish Sprouts and the prawns and return to the melon shells.  Decorate with kind prawns and serve with Marie Rose sauce.
