Fajitas with Mixed Sprouts and Alfalfa


1 pack Aconbury Mixed Sprouts
1 pack Aconbury Alfalfa Sprouts
1 onion
2 sweet peppers
1 hot chilli pepper
1 cm fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp tomato paste
soured cream
tomato salsa
grated cheese
1 pack corn tortillas


Saute the peppers, onion, finely chopped chilli, ginger and garlic until soft.  Add the tomato paste and mixed sprouts, and heat through.  Warm the corn tortillas, and wrap the sprout chilli mix with the alfalfa, soured cream, cheese and salsa as side dishes.
